About the Role
The Mixologist is responsible for producing Juice Plug Atlanta's proprietary juices, infused sea moss products, wellness shots, teas, smoothies, and specialty formulations.
The Mixologist serves as the guardian of product quality, consistency, and production standards.
Responsibilities
Produce juices and wellness beverages
Produce sea moss products
Execute standardized production procedures
Maintain quality control standards
Track inventory levels
Document production activities
Maintain sanitation standards
Assist with product innovation
Support training efforts
Requirements
ServSafe Certification
Food Handler Permit
Reliable transportation
Strong attention to detail
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Employment Requirements
Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) required upon hiring
Compliance with proprietary production procedures
Preferred Qualifications
Juice production experience
Beverage manufacturing experience
Commercial kitchen experience
