About the Role
The Prep Cook supports daily kitchen operations by preparing ingredients, maintaining cleanliness, organizing inventory, and assisting Mixologists with production preparation.
Responsibilities
Wash and prepare produce
Peel, chop, and portion ingredients
Organize inventory
Assist with meal prep production
Receive deliveries
Maintain kitchen sanitation
Clean equipment and workstations
Follow food safety procedures
Support Mixologists during production
Requirements
Food service experience preferred
Reliable transportation
Ability to stand for extended periods
Ability to lift 50 pounds
Team-oriented attitude
Strong work ethic
Preferred Qualifications
Food Handler Permit
Commercial kitchen experience
Meal prep experience
